Congratulations to our girls' and boys' wrestling teams for an outstanding performance. Our girls' wrestling team are Back 2 Back District Champions. Congratulations Brianna Shefke for earning the 16-5A Most Outstanding Female Wrestler award. Regional qualifiers for boys: Benjamin Vergara and Diego Padilla. We want to wish them the best of luck in Regionals.

All campuses were briefly placed in a precautionary secure lockout due to police activity in a nearby area. The situation was not connected to our schools and the secure lockout has now been lifted. All students and staff are safe and normal operations have resumed.

Due to severe winter weather conditions and with safety top of mind, South Texas College administration has announced it will close all campuses on Tuesday, January 21.
There will be no face-to-face classes this Tuesday.
In addition, STC will have a delayed opening of 10 a.m. for all students, faculty and staff for Wednesday, January 22.
