Valley View ISD Celebrates UIL Academic Success Valley View ISD is proud to end the school year with an outstanding UIL Academic season. Our Journalism and Ready Writing teams competed at every meet, earning top honors along the way. At the District Meet, our Varsity Journalism team finished as runner-up, and a student placed 2nd in Ready Writing. At Regionals, Arianna Delgado advanced to the State Meet in two journalism categories—a huge accomplishment! At the State Meet, Arianna tied for 7th place in both events, ranking in the top 1.7% of students across Texas. She earned a State Meet letterman patch and major bragging rights. We are proud of Arianna and grateful to all our staff for their continued support. Go Valley View!

Spring STAAR-EOC Exam Dates 2025
Valley View ISD proudly held its 2nd Annual Young Women’s Empowerment Conference this week, welcoming all senior lady students from Valley View High School for a day dedicated to growth, leadership, and inspiration. This special event was designed to celebrate and empower our future female leaders by providing them with valuable tools, guidance, and encouragement as they prepare to take on the next chapter of their lives. Throughout the day, students engaged in a variety of sessions covering important topics such as confidence-building, leadership development, career exploration, personal wellness, and more. A highlight of the day was the luncheon held at midday, where students had the opportunity to connect with one another, reflect on the morning’s experiences, and recharge for the empowering sessions that followed in the afternoon. The setting provided a perfect moment of unity and celebration for our amazing senior ladies. One of the most impactful aspects of the conference was the presence of our incredible presenters, who graciously volunteered their time to speak and share their stories. These passionate individuals came from a variety of professional backgrounds, each bringing a unique and valuable perspective. Whether they spoke about their career paths, life challenges, or words of wisdom, each session left a lasting impression on our students. “We are so proud of the young women who participated,” said district leaders. “They showed such openness, enthusiasm, and strength throughout the day. This is exactly the kind of experience that builds confidence and encourages bold dreams.” Valley View ISD extends its deepest gratitude to every presenter, staff member, and volunteer who helped make the day a success. Their commitment to empowering the next generation of women is what makes this conference such a meaningful tradition. As our seniors prepare to graduate and take on the world, we know they’ll carry the lessons of this day with them. The future is bright, and these young women are ready to shine. #EmpoweredWomenEmpowerWomen #ValleyViewISD #TigerPride #VVHS2025 #ThankYouPresenters
