My name is Mr. Leo Garcia. I am a graduate of The University of Texas-Pan American with a Major in Communication and a minor in English. I currently teach Theatre Arts at Valley View Junior High School, Valley View Early College Campus and Valley View High School. I am also the UIL Prose and Poetry Coach and UIL Speech Director and Colorguard Director for Valley View High School.
