Boys Basketball Senior Night Recognition

On behalf of Valley View ISD, and the Valley View Tigers Boys Basketball Program,
we would like to take this moment to highlight several young men that played 4 years under Head Boys Basketball Coach José G. Rodríguez.

Due to an usual and unique year because of the COVID pandemic, we were not able to celebrate Senior Night during our basketball season after an early cancellation of our basketball season.

Therefore, the boys basketball staff would like to recognize and honor 4 Seniors: Elian Camarillo, Kevan Díaz, Miguel Flores, and Erik Treviño.

Scholastic Art Contest Winners

The Valley View Visual Arts Society represented Valley View ISD at the 2021 Visual Arts Scholastic Even Regionals contest held this past Saturday, March 6, 2021, and bringing back top scores and area medals!! This year's victories include four 1st Place Superior Ratings and three 2nd Place Excellent Ratings. This regional competition requires students to demonstrate multifaceted abilities, as it involves a high level of versatility in their writing and interviewing abilities, as well as their creativity in the design and execution of their artwork. We are proud of our young artists who worked diligently with guidance provided by their art teacher Mrs. Cecilia Valdez despite their challenges during this ongoing pandemic. Our students have also benefited from so many valuable life lessons about perseverance and resilience to meet the challenges and succeed at this art contest.
